blurry life

so i still dont have my glasses...so my life has been very blurry this week...needless to say, i dont like it...glasses are the greatest invention ever, seriously! i still have my prescription sunglasses but i dont dare wear them always....several reasons....one, it makes everything too dark inside...two, i dont wanna bring attention to myself.........three, i dont wanna look stupid..........so i only see when im out riding my bike or walking outside....so yeah....unpleasant...besides that, it's been a good week, it felt mega short because of the long weekend last week....

and today we went to a food cart park thingie...it's where they have a bunch of food carts all in the same lot....there's a bunch of such parks here...but we had never gone to this one...it was pretty cool, we tried new food, which is always awesome...we had a falafel pita wrap with roasted veg, a fry bread with refried beans and salad veg, some lemongrass tofu, some malt vinegar and salt 'chips' (fries), a mexican coke, and a chocolate covered frozen banana...so we ate all that with live music in the background, people playing bean  bag toss, sophie making friends in the sandbox...it's quite a different experience than going to a restaurant, i quite like it!

after that sophie biked over to a huge park we had never gone to, it was quite lovely....chuy and sophie played soccer for a bit, then we went over to the playground and had some fun in the merry go round....lying in the grass, taking photos...and then we had a leisure walk back home while sophie biked...we got home, drank some iced coffees while watching some short (it was about a girl and her belief in santa....i do not recommend it) with sophie....sophie went to sleep, and chuy and i talk and watched toast, it was pretty good....now, time to sleep even though i can still feel the coffee effect...but it's almost 4.......night!
