365: vegetalista and sip

those are the names of two vegan food carts that we visited today...

today was a super nice day, low sixties and clear skies.....so we went out and about....we went to get our lunch at vegetalista, a new vegan food truck that sells pizza...they had four varieties: garlic, greek, roasted and vegetable....$5 for an 8in personal pizza....we got one of each and took them to a park for a pizza picnic! they were delicious! nice crispy and chewy, medium to thin crust....high quality ingredients complementing each other....so good! My favorite was probably the garlic, with artichokes, pesto, sun dried tomatoes, garlic and soy cheese....chuy's was the greek, with kalamata olives, roasted red pepper, spinach and soy cheese....sophie's was ALL of them, since she ate 7 slices....yes, 7.....I ate 4, Chuy ate 5 and Sophie ate 7....can you guess what's sophie's favorite food? anyway...after that chuy and sophie played soccer while I took some pics....then we went to the playground for some spinning game, the one you fly off if you dont hold on...i love that one! then we biked over to the co op for some groceries....in front of the co op, there's this vegan cart that serves mainly drinks, like juices, smoothies and milkshakes....we've seen it a million times but have never ordered anything...but a milkshake sounded pretty good to me, so we got a blueberry one...it was delicious :) then we went home and I took a nap while chuy went searching the sky for the comet and sophie watched that annoying my little pony cartoon....then we baked some delicious chocolate chip blondies and drank some bomb coffee while watching an expedited version of star wars ep 1...since sophie wasn't too keen on it....we skipped the slow parts for her hahah then some uno playing, picture processing and now to end it with a movie or something and that was my saturday.....pretty good, i say
