this is how much tabasco we expect to consume in a year:

1 gallon!

Based on the amount we have used so far, our predictions are correct.  And that's in addition to other spicy toppings we consume often:

Sriracha
Chili garlic sauce
Frank's red hot
Valentina - black
Valentina - yellow
Tapatio
Salsas
Chiles curtidos
Chipotle peppers
Copious amount of cayenne and chili flakes
Not to mention spicy food that does not need a spicy topping......

I am pretty sure I am gonna die of a hole in my stomach....and it will be worth it! :P

And yes! They are ALL necessary, one cannot replace the other!
