japanese immersion school

that's the school we are trying to get sophie into.....it's basically half day english, half day japanese.....that way they learn japanese quickly....why japanese? why not, i say! any language learnt is a good skill to add.....so today i had to go to this required meeting for registering....they told us a bit of how it works and all....and suddenly, i feel sophie's chance is low....there's not many slots open for 1st grade....and it's a lottery system.....plus sophie would be at a disadvantage since she didnt go to prek or kinder there......but i think she would be able to catch up cause she's small and can adapt quickly.....anyway, im not getting my hopes up...but it'd be something awesome for sophie....we'll see

other than that, we went to see yet another house, kinda old looking and feeling....and a bit too big....eh, not a fan....then to the market, then home.....and we watched clerks (while eating some raspberry chocolate coffeecake that was awesome and some snack mix), pretty funny
