we went to see a house that was suppose to have 2 rooms...it turns out one of the "rooms" was in the basement....and it didn't have one wall or a door or a window or a closet or a light.....thus it was more like a cave with carpet and ugly wallpaper....wtf....some people....seriously... and the entrance, which was the side lacking the wall, faced the unfinished part of the basement with the water heater and so forth....not a nice sight....it sucks cause yesterday when we saw it pop up in redfin, we were pretty excited since on paper (or on screen..) it meets all our requirements, tiny house, good location, solid structure and newer updates....well the house was tiny and the location was good...but the newer updates....im guessing they took liberties with the word newer.....which makes me have doubts about the structure....ugh
also, polenta is awesome...that is all

Deleteyeah haha...that was strange. And as of this morning there are multiple offers for the house, so it's gonna sell for more than the asking price. Are we too picky?
