playing host

Today, we had people over.  We made a lot of food.

Appetizer:
tostadas
cheeze dip
guacamole
roasted salsa

Main:
pipian with tofu and potatoes
mexican red rice
refried pinto beans

Dessert:
conchas

They brought a German-ish cake invention.

Obviously, we were going for a Mexican theme... It worked out nicely, had great food and great conversation. :)
