withdrawal

My computer broke two whole days ago and I am getting withdrawal symptoms!  I am not sure I can survive without being without a computer within my reach at all times....  I guess you could say I am addicted...  So this is probably good... Or maybe I am too lazy to fix the computer and I'm trying find a rationalization for not fixing it...

Other than feeling misplaced because of my lack of computer, I made some pretty awesome pizza.  I think I am going to declare this pizza the best pizza I've had!  We make crazy pizzas all the time, we like to experiment and we have gotten pretty awesome pizzas out of our experimentation, so me saying that this was the best pizza I've had is a pretty big deal!  So delicious!!

Pizza with romesco sauce (toasted almonds, roasted garlic, roasted onion, roasted red peppers, roasted tomatoes, a bit of white wine vinegar, a bit of marjoram and salt --- seriously delicious), zucchini, mushrooms and caramelized onions

I still want a computer.

    That pizza was bomb!! I say we open a pizza chain!! And yeah, we'll have to do with 1 PC...we have no working PCs of our own lol
