I can NOT live without hot sauces. When we came to England and found no Valentina (black label), Frank's and Sriracha, I died a little inside. But slowly and surely we found ways to spice up food. The West Indian has a tangy side to it, it gives food flavor and heat. The sriracha (not the same as the US one) has some sweet undertones that go well sometimes, even though, seriously the US sriracha is like a million times better. And when all else fails, you can just put some cayenne or crushed red pepper. They don't modify the taste but make it spicy. I have actually consciously reduced my hot sauce intake because people were getting worried about me. But I still use it, I am just more conscientious of the amount I use.
Why did you refer to yourself in the third person on the pic caption? :P Hahaha, but yeah, hot sauce it awesome :)

and the yellow label valentina still tastes/smells like raw galic and onions (i dont care if it doesn't have onions!)
