grown in uk

mmmmmmmmmm......asparagus!

Yes!  Finally, we are seeing more 'grown in UK' vegetables available.  We had survived on vegetables from Spain all winter.  And that's cool and all, but it's not ideal.  I mean we try to buy as local as we can.  But eating the only vegetables available in the UK from the UK during the winter might have been a bit limiting.  That is since only potatoes and cabbage seemed to be from the UK.  Now, we are seeing tomatoes, cucumbers, asparagus and so forth.  Yum.  Yes, I like food.

  2. Yeah! Most of what we get is now UK produce! Which is cool :) We should still look into that potential farmer's market here.
