I have a love/hate relationship with my earphones. I love how amazing they are. They are super clear and really gives a flawless rendition of the recording. The problem arises when some bands I really like (tool) don't have a perfect recording. It had never occurred to me that these bands (tool) didn't have a perfect recording because I've always heard them really loud on speakers, not earphones. So while bands with amazing recordings (porcupine tree) sound extraordinary with this earphones, some bands sound a bit empty unless I really crank up the volume. Ugh. By the way, these are US made earphones, did you know that the US still manufactures some stuff? Who knew?...

ReplyDeleteTo be fair, that is NOT the earphones fault, but tool's. And that doesn't stop me from LOVING that album on those earphones.

I used to use those earphones for playing drums for the metronome!! Then.... they got soaked by my sweat and stopped working =/
