Yay! Finally my first honeycrisp of the year! And it was amazing as I remembered them. .. I've blogged about honeycrisps before but I can't help it, it's the perfect apple and I'm not even an apple person. It's juicy, tart, sweet, crunchy and delicious. .. too bad there was only 3 in our veg box for 3 people. .. :( if you haven't eaten an honeycrisp, you are doing yourself a disservice. .. i know chuy blogged about this. .. but truthfully, i ate mine first, took the photo first, just didn't get to blog til now..
